We accept Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and JCB Card as payments for orders. C.O.D. orders are not accepted, however, if you do not have a credit card, we do accept Money orders prior to the shipment of goods.
It is unlikely that your desired product will not be available, however, if this may happen, you will be notified by email or by phone with the option to cancel the item or replace it.
We do have the capability to drop ship items to a third party location the charge for this service is $8.00.
In the event that product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, Jassy Inc. has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. You will be notified if a pricing discrepancy occurs.
30 days from the date of purchase from us, Manufacturer Defects only. If an item has been altered in any way the warranty is VOID.
Order Errors, Lost or Damaged Merchandise:
It is your responsibility to notify us of any discrepancies with an order within 24 hours of receipt of goods or our packing slip will be valid and payment required as indicated.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies.
Our restocking fee is 15% or $15.00 whichever is greater. All shipments must be returned prepaid freight with the R.A. number on the outside of the carton. Please be sure to use a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery and credit to account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If goods are returned without authorization they will be refused.
*Please Note: There are NO RETURNS on custom or non-Jassy products.
Returned merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt and must be in the original condition and packaging or they will be rejected.
If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery.
